Canon Rebel T1i
I used a Sony DSC S85 for over 10 years before upgrading to a Canon T1i in the Fall of 2010. I learned a lot from my simple point and shoot and am still trying to figure all in the ins and outs of my DSLR. They are definitely worlds apart but you'd be surprised what you can learn from reading the owners manual!

Hi Monica: I decided to check out your photo blog as I've forgotten to do that in awhile. I am amazed at the photos you take with your simple camera. I, too, have a similar one but think I have to have a better one to do better at photography. Of course, I probably should take your advice and read the manual. Do you have any type of special way to enhance photos (don't even know what I'm asking here) such as Photoshop?
Honestly, the fuzz on that peach is amazing!

Bonnie, Thanks for stopping by! I just use the photo editing software that came with my laptop. I generally just crop and adjust the brightness- that's it!
